Only non-aggressive dog breeds are accepted. The following breeds are not allowed (no exceptions) and include both purebred and/or mixes:

I have been living here going on 2 years now. Though my 1st year I had a lot of issues. I am glad to say the new staff and maintenance crew are OUTSTANDING. I have seen such a quick and professional turn since the new manager came in. They are quick to fix any maintenance issues that same day most of the time and when they say they’ll be back, they actually do! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Since management switched entirely and went from the Meadows to the Cove, it’s a place to be proud of.
Previous management was absolute hell and useless to say the least. The new complex manager, Dave, is the most attentive and kind person I’ve met in a very long time. The lovely girls that welcome you when you walk in are the sweetest things ever. My family has grown to consider them a bonus family. When you walk into the leasing office, it’s like walking into your family’s home. If you want a place to feel heard and at home, the cove is the place to be.
The apartment is amazing!!!!! I am sooooo excited. The staff member Danielle is heaven sent!!!!! The is definitely a place to make a home.
Everyone who works here is super nice! The maintenance men have been really kind and work hard to get things done. Spoke with a young lady named Danielle whom responded very quickly to my emails.
